A visit to Opus One offers the opportunity to gain insight into our French & American origins as well as the chance to learn about vineyard and winemaking practices. Visitors to the estate are invited to reflect upon our wine while enjoying the surrounding views. Reservations are available up to two months in advance and are made available on the first day of every month.

Opus One Experience
$200 per person

The new Partners' Room overlooking the outside terrace and the vineyards.

Our Partners’ Room offers a breathtaking view of Mount St. Helena and our estate vineyards as well as comfortable lounge seating surrounded by beautiful works of art. While overlooking the surrounding vines, you will enjoy an interactive, educational 90-minute tasting of library wines from our collectors’ list, hosted by one of our Estate Ambassadors. Your tasting of two library vintages, alongside our current vintage will be followed by a personalized, curated tour of the winery. This elevated experience will take you on a journey through the rich history of Opus One, our viticulture and winemaking practices, and the stories of the vintages themselves.

 

Reservations are available up to two months in advance and are made available on the first day of every month. All guests who visit the winery must be over the age of 21. Online reservations are limited to four guests.

Courtyard Experience
$125 per person

Enjoy a guided tasting of two vintages of Opus One, as well as our second wine, Overture, while overlooking the tranquil and verdant courtyard of the winery which features century-old olive trees and a neoclassical colonnade. The Courtyard Tasting Experience offers a lively atmosphere within the Salon space of the winery while the original Courtyard Tasting Room is being renovated. Your host will share the history of the winery, the estate vineyards, and winemaking practices during your visit.

Please allow 60 minutes for this exploration of the wines of Opus One.
